The 40 acres are abundant with game and native plants with spectacular vistas, rock outcroppings, secluded oak woodlands, and open grassy fields. In winter & spring, the land flows w/ creeks & waterfalls as well as a seasonal pond. Property owners also have access to two large shared-use community ponds a couple miles down the road.
