Harvest history has yielded over a 90% success rate for full duck limits per hunt, usually taking place once or twice per week during season. With 4 permitted pump-sites and control structures, each marsh has the ability to be stage filled from late Summer to the Winter. A large area at the west gate provides a unique location to build a lodge overlooking the bottom fields.
